To set up new water, sewer, and/or garbage service, please fill out our Utility Service Application form. Please print and return your application in person to the Fort Mill Business Office located at 200 Tom Hall Street (located within Town Hall). Remember to bring your photo ID as well to finish setting up your service. For your own protection, we cannot accept applications by email at this time.
Transferring an Existing Service
If you currently are a Town of Fort Mill water, sewer, and/or garbage customer and need to transfer your existing service account to another location within our service area, please fill out our Customer Service Activity Form, print it, and return it to the Fort Mill Business Office located at 200 Tom Hall Street (located within Town Hall).
