[ARCHIVED] South Carolina Strawberry Festival Weather Update

SCSF 2025 Weather Update

South Carolina Strawberry Festival Weather Update – Through Midnight Tonight

Festivalgoers, please be aware that today's weather includes a 60% chance of showers and thunderstorms, particularly in the afternoon and evening. While the day will start off partly sunny with highs near 82°F, expect showers and possibly strong thunderstorms after 3 PM, with increasing chances through the evening.

South winds will be around 7–10 mph, with gusts up to 22 mph, so please secure any lightweight items.

Tonight, storms are expected to continue through early morning, with heavy rainfall possible, especially before 5 AM. Rainfall totals could reach up to an inch. Be cautious if traveling late — patchy fog may develop around 11 PM to midnight.

We encourage attendees to monitor the weather, seek shelter if storms approach, and stay tuned for any festival updates. Your safety is our top priority — enjoy the festivities, but please be weather-aware!
