
In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., who reminded us that “Everybody can be great because everybody can serve,” the Town of Fort Mill invites the community to take part in the Annual MLK Call to Service Day on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 9-11 a.m.
This year, we are highlighting four local organizations that serve vital needs in our community. Donations of the items listed below will directly support the individuals and families they serve.

Wide-ruled & college-ruled spiral composition notebooks, paper, 1.5” binders

Walmart & Aldi gift cards so they can purchase perishable items, also: shelf stable milk, canned pineapple, canned roast beef, green enchilada sauce, fruit cups

Walmart, Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Grocery gift cards for their programs

Donations may be placed in the clearly marked boxes outside Town Hall. Together, we can honor Dr. King’s legacy through service and compassion.
