From the YCRC- The York County Regional Chamber of Commerce has been working closely with the City of Rock Hill, Piedmont Medical Center and other local organizations to open the Community COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic in record time. The clinic’s first day of operation was Jan. 22, and 540 people who met the requirements for Phase 1A as defined by the CDC and SCDHEC have since been vaccinated.
The clinic is located in the old Goody’s store site at the back of the Galleria Mall in Rock Hill. There will be more than 50 volunteers onsite each day, and they expect to vaccinate at least 500 people per day. The clinic is scheduled to operate 4 days per week, and is requesting several supplies. See the graphic below for the full list of needed supplies.
