In an effort to enhance the quality of our Parks & Recreation customer experience, the Town of Fort Mill is implementing a new software for our sports registrations and park reservations. The new system will allow for easier communication between Parks & Recreation staff and the customers it serves, while providing a more modern and user-friendly interface.
Customers will have the opportunity starting Thursday, Oct. 7, 2021 to set up family accounts on the new portal. Stay tuned to our social media and website for the link to the online portal which will be unveiled later this week. Please note: all current and new customers will need to set up a new account to register for our upcoming programs.
Registration for winter basketball and fall tennis, and park facility rentals will begin on the new portal Monday, Oct. 11 at 9 a.m. Parks and Recreation staff will be available during normal business hours to answer any questions you may have during this transition to our new software system.
