THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 11 AT 1030AM VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK 106 N. WHITE STREET (Instagram Post)Join the Town of Fort Mill as we host our Veterans Day Ceremony on Thursday, November 11, at 10:30 a.m. The ceremony will be held at the Veterans Memorial located at 106 N. White Street in Fort Mill. The Town is proud to host this event to honor veterans who have served in the United States Military.

The ceremony will include Mayor Guynn Savage, Fort Mill Town Council Members, South Carolina Strawberry Queens, Fort Mill High School MCJROTC, Fort Mill American Legion Post 43 and special music by local vocalists Keira O’Brien and Carrie, Elin and Erin Twitty. Our speaker is First Sgt. Steve Sprague, the Marine Instructor for FMHS JROTC. See full program here

The Pour Farmer Coffee Trailer will be at the event serving free coffee to veterans, their families, guests and attendees from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.  

Please bring a chair to sit during the ceremony. 

Road closures will begin at 9 a.m. for N. White Street (Main-McCammon). The road will open back up around noon. 

We look forward to seeing you there as we honor all who served! 

The Town will also be accepting donations for the USO North Carolina-Charlotte Douglas International Airport location on Thursday, Nov. 11. Donations can be dropped off at Fort Mill Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (See graphic below for accepted donations.
