The Town of Fort Mill would like to thank all our amazing volunteers and community partners for helping make the inaugural Second Saturday Service season a success! During the season, which stretched from April to October, we had 162 volunteers help pick up litter and restore beauty to our Town’s roadways, neighborhoods and green spaces. Together they collected an estimated 137 bags of trash this year! Some of the strangest items our volunteers found during their pick-ups this year included road signs, car bumpers, hub caps and plastic tarps.
Keep an eye on our Town website and social media for future opportunities to pick up litter in Fort Mill!
