Memorial Day Ceremony

On May 26, 2025, our community came together to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country at the Town of Fort Mill’s Memorial Day Ceremony at the YMCA at The Complex.  

The event included special remarks from Fort Mill Mayor Guynn Savage, the Reading of the Names of the Fallen by Fort Mill Town Council members, a special reading by the 2025 South Carolina Strawberry Festival Ms. Queen Kimberly Stillman, the Posting & Retirement of Colors by Scout Troop 219, the Laying of the Wreath & Rifle Volley by American Legion Post 43 & Ladies Auxiliary, the National Anthem sung by Kimberly Long and special music by Suite Strings CLT. 

Thank you to all who served and to everyone who participated and attended the event.
