This camp is for ages 5-12. Each day campers will get the opportunity to participate in at least 2 or more different sports.

2026 Baseball Camp

This total skills camp is different than most. It focuses on fun and effective baseball instruction run by local collegiate baseball players and coaches.

This camp will include hitting, fielding, throwing, base running, sliding and more.

Camp participants will receive:

Camp Information

These camps appeal to all ages and all levels of play, from 4-year-old who has never picked up a racket, to the advanced 17-year-old tournament player. We group the players by skill level and offer age-specific groupings. During camp, the focus is on fundamental stroke technique. 

• Backhand
• Forehand
• Overhead Smash
• Return of Serve
• Serve
• Volley

A new stroke is taught at the start of each day and then it is practiced throughout the day. At the end of the week, all six strokes will be covered. All players spend the last part of the camp is an exciting match play environment.

Summer 2026 Basketball Camp 

Camp Information 

This basketball camp is a Co-ed camp for ages 7-12 and will focus on dribbling, shooting mechanics, hand-eye coordination, and overall strength. During camp, we will feature small group drills and training for all skill levels. This camp will be directed by Natalie Henderson. 

Natalie Henderson is a graduate from Northwestern High School. She played Division 2 basketball at Anderson University where she later transferred to Guilford College. She began her coaching career at Banks Trail Middle School coaching 8^th grade girls for 2 seasons and now currently coaching her 2^nd season as the JV Head Coach at Fort Mill High School. She previously opened a travel basketball program in 2022 and she is the Girls Manager for Pro Skills Basketball in Charlotte. 

NOTE: Campers should wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
